January Characters with Character Are Honored!

Congratulations to the January Characters with Character! Students are nominated by faculty members monthly for serving as a positive example to the school community and exhibiting exemplary character for others to model. Students are honored with a certificate of recognition from our State Senator and their names displayed on the digital board in front of school. Welcome to our Newest Tri-M Members!

On Wednesday, February 12th our newest Tri-M Honor Society members were inducted and the established members treated the audience comprised of family, friends, and faculty to great performances. Thanks to Mx. Lemley, the Viking Music Parents, and all the students for their hard work and for providing refreshments. It was truly a great event and an honor to see all the great talent we have here at NAHS!

Robotics Club Competes at Millburn

On Saturday, February 9th, the Vikatrons Robotics Team competed at Millburn High School. Of 60 Robots entered from, the Vikatrons placed 18th! Congratulations to Mrs. Pontius and the team!

Dhruvil Desai Completes Dentistry Academy at NYU

Congratulations to Dhruvil Desai for completing the Saturday Academy of Dentistry at NYU. Dhruvil applied, was accepted, and took a bus to New York City on Saturdays this Fall to complete the program. We are extremely proud of his work ethic, initiative, and hard work!

Dr. Necoechea's Astronomy Club met last week to view the moon and other celestial bodies using specialized astrophotography equipment.
